This pink little nuisance starts appering to Cartman when he is prescribed Ritalin. The only way to make them disappear is to take Ritalout.
 Death
This is death. He's always on Kenny's tail.
 Evil Stan Clone
This creature was made by Dr. Mephisto using Stan's DNA. He escapes the lab and destroys most of South Park leaving Stan with the blame.
 Four Assed Monkey
This is the four assed monkey. He is one of Mephisto's creations. Mephisto has a strange obsession with added asses to animals.
 General Disarray
General Disarray is Professor Chaos's evil sidekick in world destruction. He discovers Professor Chaos's secret identity and end up joining forces with him.
 God
He is our father in heaven. Jesus looks to him for guidance when he has his 2000th birthday and everyone is freaked out for the millenium. God helps Stan to figure out the different ways boys and girls enter puberty.
 Hope
Hope is a Jackovasaur. She is Jackov's mate. South Park finds her shortly after they find the other Jackov. She ends up popping out dozens of babies when Mephisto figures out how to mate the two creatures.
 Jackovasaurus
This creature appears when Cartman's taking a poo during a camping trip. Jackov and his mate Hope end up having more babies then the people of South Park thought they would and end up littering the entire town with little annoying Jackovasaurs. Everyone in town decides to ship Jackov and his family to France dispite Cartmans love for them.
 Jesus
Our Lord and Saviour. He lives in South Park and stars in his own television series "Jesus and Pals" he once tried to gain viewers by making his show into a rip off of another popular trash talk show.
 Kevin
Kevin is Mephisto's creation. It's rumored that his father is Micheal Jackson and his mother is a Llama. He's blessed with a huge manhood and an angelic singing voice.
 Mecha-Streisand
This is the monster that the evil Barbra Streisand morphs into when she tries to take over South Park.
 Mr. Hankey the Christmas Poo
Mr. Hankey comes out once a year and gives presents to all the little boys and girls who have fiber in their diets. He's also a good friend of Kyles.
 Mr. Hat
Mr. Hat is Mr. Garrison's hand puppet that he uses to express his negative feelings. Mr. Hat makes Mr. Garrison do terrible things like attempt to kill Kathie Lee Gifford. During the second season he was kidnapped and Mr. Garrison replaced him with Mr. Twiggy.
 Mr. Twig
This is Mr. Twig. He takes over as Mr. Garrison right hand man when Mr. Hat disappears.
 Osama Bin Laden
Osama Bin Laden is an all out bad guy. He kidnaps the boys and tried to hold them hostage, but Cartman wouldn't have it. Some people think he's crazy... Cartman just thinks he's an idiot. Go America! Go Broncos!
 Professor Chaos
Professor Chaos is Butters gone mad! When Stan, Kyle and Cartman ditch Butters as their replacement friend, he slowly goes on the downward spiral of madness and becomes... Professor Chaos.
 Saddam Hussien
Saddam Hussien is Satan's ex-lover. He used to treat him like the big red bitch he was so Satan dumped him.
 Santa Clause
Santa Clause A.K.A. Jolly Old Saint Nick, Chris Cringle and many more. Santa first appeared on South Park in the infamous "The Spirit of Christmas: Santa v. Jesus" Santa was last seen on South Park singing a duet with Jesus.
 Satan
Satan is The Lord of Darkness. He lives in hell where they have weekly Luau's. Satan loves leather and nasty boys who dump tons of oil into the ocean.
 Sidney Poitier
Sidney Poitier comes to South Park to help defeat the evil Mecha-Streisand by morphing into Gamera the fire breathing flying turtle.
 Spookyfish
Stan's Aunt Flo gives him this strange fish as a present. Stan later finds out that this fish was bought at the Indian Burial Ground Pet Shop where some strange portal from an evil world exsits. Stan gets accused by his mother for his fish going on a killing spree.
 The Gelgamecks
The Gelgamecks were apart of the Vatican Church, they seemed to have come from another world... but lets forget about the Gelgamecks.
 The Marklars
These are the Marklar. They are from the planet Marklar. These Marklars helped Starvin Marvin bring his Marklars to their Marklar.....marklar.
 The Succubus
This is what Chef's fiance Mrs. Veronica morphes into. The boys find out that she was really an evil Succubus out to drain the life from Chef.
 Towelie
Towelie is a genetically engineered towel that finds his way to South Park and our four favorite foul mouthed brats. He helps them get their Game Sphere back after the people who made him take it away from them. Towelie can only use his special powers of remembering when he "gets high"
 Underpants Gnomes
These little gnomes steal your underpants when you're asleep. Tweek discovers them for the first time but everyone thinks he's insane.
 Visitors
These strange beings pop in and out of South Park all the time. No one knows where they come from, or what they want.
